Looking for a fun artistic experience where you can relax with friends and family? We are excited to announce our Artisanu Art Workshop Events - a cross-over of an educational workshop, a relaxing art experience, and a social event! Our hope is to inspire the artist in you and help you leave the workshop feeling a sense of fulfillment. You are welcome to come individually, or with friends and family.
Artisanu is here to provide art workshops that guide you to learn techniques and enable you to have the space to create your own unique artwork. Instructors are the founders of the brand, both licensed and experienced art teachers. All sessions are co-taught, with one main lead instructor.
The demand for art experiences in Hong Kong has shown an upward trend in the last few years. The amount of art-related museums, art jamming studios, and new exhibition spaces are increasing. With Hong Kongers having difficulties with traveling, everyone is looking for leisure. In the midst of hustle and bustle, art can be incredibly therapeutic and nurturing. The Artisanu team wanted to design a unique experience to help you grow your creativity and express yourself.
What makes Artisanu Art Workshop Events unique?
What makes us stand out from the local art studios or art jams in Hong Kong? Our ART WORKSHOP EVENTS are hosted by Artisanu's cofounders, artist-educators Eunice Lee & Sasha Cheung. Both founders hold B.F.A in Studio Arts and PGCE in Art Education. They each have over 8 years of experience teaching in private and international school settings.
We provide instruction mainly in English (with Cantonese translation if needed), and emphasize teaching technical art skills. You get to learn art history and traditional art techniques while creating your own piece. With our event designer, we create unique decor based on our themes to provide a visual experience that is memorable for you. We provide detailed guidance in a space that evokes your creativity. As a bonus, different gift sets are included each month for you.

Launch in September 2022
During September’s Mid-Autumn festival weekend, we launched our first Art Workshop series. September’s theme was “Dreamy Painting Workshop” inspired by the Netflix Show “Extraordinary Attorney Woo.” We created an original project that incorporated pop cultural references with the historical art movement of surrealism. This featured dreamy landscapes and oceanic symbols. Students were able to learn traditional painting techniques with acrylic painting on canvas.
Running Art Workshops during Covid-19 Pandemic
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, the health and safety of our customers are of utmost priority. This is why our venue was a large open space in a co-working space. This allowed all customers to paint with ease, with social distancing.
Artisanu’s Compliance with Government's Covid-19 Policies:
In extra prudence to comply with Covid-19 regulations 599G / 599F : Our location is an open area in a co-working space, we seat 2-4 people per table, for the sake of social distancing. Seating is much below 85% of the total space. Customers are required to do a RAT test before arrival, beep into the LeaveHomeSafe App, and have their vaccination record scanned upon arrival.)
We partner with WanderLoft, a modern co-working space in Hong Kong.
Many thanks to WanderLoft, our venue of choice this time. WanderLoft was able to collaborate with us in preparation for this workshop. We were happy to hear that customers appreciated how modern and aesthetic WanderLoft is. The open space provides a relaxing environment, with large windows offering natural lighting when painting.
